The Role:

  • On boarding and meeting and greeting clients face to face and over the phone
  • Booking meetings, scanning, and dealing with post
  • Managing the client database - sending reminders for upcoming events
  • Liaising with relevant organisations such as Companies House and HRMC
  • Filing of company accounts, confirmation statements, tax returns and more

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Exceptional front of house client service skills
  • Comfortable answering calls in a professional manner
  • Experience in an office environment (Ideally in financial services)
  • Proactive and willing to support the team where required
  • Proficient with MS Office databases
