Personal Assistant (to Managing Director) Cannock (Hednesford) and Wolverhampton (Tettenhall) £30,000 – £35,000 p/a Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with an ambitious, high-performing Managing Director who is looking for a Personal Assistant to make his life easier on a professional AND personal basis. This role will be Monday to Friday, stationed between the office in Cannock and this individual\’s home in Tettenhall. Duties and responsibilities of this Personal Assistant will include (but are not limited to): Full personal, housekeeping management. Renewing insurance, booking personal appointments and beyond – no job too small. Diary management in both a professional and personal capacity. Take actions in meetings, and be proactive in follow ups. Personal and professional small projects. Set up systems that improve organisation and automate processes to drive efficiency. The right person for this job will have: Experience being a personal PA to an exec level or HNW individual. Takes satisfaction in making someone\’s life easier. Is hyper-organised and proactive. Wants a varied role that combines business and private work. Has a clean driving license and flexibility across 2 different sites.
