Part Time Personal Assistant - 20 hours, 5 days
Birmingham city centre
£25,000 - £26,000 p/a pro rata (take home c. £13,000 - £13,500 p/a)
Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-established accountancy practice based in Birmingham city centre. They are looking for a Part Time Personal Assistant 5 days a week on reduced hours to support their director.
Responsibilities:
- Full inbox management, prioritising urgent emails and working to stringent deadlines
- Organise both internal and external meetings, taking minutes where necessary
- Arrange domestic and international travel and sort out expenses
- Help with occasional personal errands
Skills required:
- Experience supporting a senior individual in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Experience within professional services and a corporate environment
- Organised individual with excellent communication skills and high-level IT skills with good ability on all Microsoft packages
- Happy in the office when required
