The role includes but is not limited to:
- S38/S278 Agreements
- Completing S104 Agreements
- Deeds of Easement for Gas, Electricity, Fibre and water suppliers
- Transfer of open space or other ad hoc transfer at development sites
- Attending marketing and networking events with clients and intermediaries
The Ideal Candidate:
- 3 years previous experience in dealing with infrastructure agreements
- LPC or ILEX qualified
- Amazing communication skills, written and verbal
- Keen attention to detail
- Good knowledge of MS365 packages
