Legal Personal Assistant Intellectual Property Birmingham Hybrid Working (3 or 4 days work from home each week) £(phone number removed) per annum (Initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract) Ref: JC/BCR/11404 Bell Cornwall Recruitment have been instructed on a new and exciting opportunity to work as the Legal Personal Assistant to a busy partner involved in the enforcement of IP law. You would be working for a specialist Intellectual property firm with multiple offices across the UK and Europe – supporting a busy partner with a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters. Whilst supporting the partner in Birmingham you will also be required to provide PA and administrative support to multiple other fee earners across the UK. The duties of the Legal Personal Assistant will include: Processing correspondence with clients, third parties and the Court Managing and maintaining client files Proactively responding to and drafting responses on behalf of others, prioritising and e-filing Dealing with client enquiries Answering calls and taking messages where necessary Arranging meetings and managing diaries Preparation of court bundles (electronic and hard copy) Liaising with counsel’s and Judge’s clerks and filing of court documents on the court’s e-filing system Setting up new clients, new matters and running conflict checks If you are an experienced Legal Personal Assistant and interested in this 12 month fixed term contract please apply now.
