Golf Administrator Sutton Coldfield (Hybrid) £28,500 p/a Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with an international sport organisation. They are looking for a secretary to support the Executive Director of Business Development and the wider team in their Sutton Coldfield office. The role Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to assist with meeting the strategic and operational objectives of the organisation. Duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Diary management, administration for meetings including arranging (and where required attending) meetings, arranging venues and refreshments, compiling and circulating agendas, minute/note taking, creating action plans and ensuring actions have been completed in accordance with deadlines. Ensure all necessary information is available prior to all meetings, to include assistance with creating presentations and reports. Co-ordinating travel, transport and associated requirements to include flights, rail, accommodation, car hire, taxis, parking, VISA\’s, foreign currency, obtaining travel advice, etc. Using discretion to screen phone calls and deal with correspondence (including emails), using initiative to take proactive action to deal with incoming issues, make referrals or draft responses as required, organising inbox accordingly. Co-ordinating and authorizing expenses for direct reports on behalf of the Executive Director, all in accordance with Company policy. The Ideal Secretary will have: Previous secretarial experience to Director/Senior Management level. Proficient minute taker. Excellent IT skills.
