Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring a Gallery Manager for a well-established Fine Art Gallery in Nottingham City centre. This role would be ideal for a confident and proactive individual.

Gallery Manager responsibilities:

  • To inspire, motivate and lead your small team of Art Consultants to drive and achieve sales targets throughout the year.
  • Overseeing the implementation and effective use of business development activities, organising promotional events, and generating interest for your gallery.
  • Supporting our current loyal client base, as well as proactively building and nurturing new customer relationships for the gallery.
  • Highly presentable and exceptional customer service and communication skills in person and by phone.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous 1-2-1 sales experience and can adapt to different client needs.
  • The ability to operate and maintain a welcoming and presentable gallery.
  • Strong communication skills and a good eye for detail.
  • The ability to handle moderate physical duties on a daily basis.
