Front of House Team Leader Salary: £24,000 to £27,000 Location: Edgbaston Bell Cornwall Recruitment currently have a unique and exciting opportunity for a Front of House Team Leader to join a high end club based in Edgbaston. This is a great opportunity to join a vibrant front of house team and we are looking for an individual who thrives on offering excellent service. Please note, this role will require flexibility with shift patterns / weekend work Responsibilities: * Meeting and greeting visitors / members in a warm and professional manner * Lead and manage the Welcome Desk Team * Admin related tasks such as rotas, managing sickness and absence and being the first port of call for any issues * Oversee all of the day to day operations of the front desk – enquires,, sales, membership queries etc * Answering telephone calls * Dealing with member\’s queries * Accurately keep CRM systems up to date * Ensure all H&S procedures are followed Ideal Candidate: * Exceptional client service skills * Team leader skills would be ideal within Hospitality, Health Clubs etc. * Friendly, professional and enthusiastic * Flexibility with working shifts / weekends * Must be a driver due to location If you believe this Front of House Team Leader role could be right for you, please apply now!
