This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded, ambitious property professional looking to take the next step in their career within a business that offers exposure across the full property life cycle.
The Role:
- Supporting the acquisition process, including due diligence and commercial analysis.
- Developing and implementing asset management strategies to maximise portfolio performance.
- Liaising with surveyors, solicitors, agents and other external consultants.
- Managing lease events including renewals, rent reviews and lease restructures.
- Producing financial analysis, cash flow forecasts and portfolio reports.
- Conducting regular site visits across the portfolio.
- Supporting sales and disposal processes when assets reach the appropriate stage.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Hungry to learn and commercially aware.
- MRICS qualification (essential).
- Broad commercial property experience.
- A proactive attitude with the ambition to develop.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical and financial skills.
