Bell Cornwall recruitment are excited to be hiring for a Conflicts analyst for an International Law Firm in Birmingham

Candidate Responsibilities:

  • Review conflict search request information submitted by business for accuracy
  • Ensure there are no conflicts of interest relating to new clients and matters across the firm
  • Erasing low risk conflict issues as needed
  • Liaising with senior members of the Risk team
  • Creating rapport with fee earners and secretaries and provide feedback of issues to Compliance Managers

Skills Needed:

  • Conflict analysis experience ideally in a law firm or other professional services organisation but can be trained if not
  • Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Preferred (graduate or) to have previous experience working independently
