We’re looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team, specialising in Commercial Office Support, Legal or Finance recruitment. You’ll have the freedom to develop your own desk, supported by an established brand, loyal client base, experienced leadership team and collaborative colleagues who genuinely celebrate each other’s success.
This is a true 360 role where you’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and growing relationships with new and existing clients.
- Winning new business through networking, referrals and business development.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy brief through to placement.
- Sourcing, interviewing and representing high-quality office support professionals.
- Building a strong pipeline of candidates and maintaining an active talent network.
- Negotiating offers and providing expert market advice to both clients and candidates.
- Delivering an exceptional recruitment experience every step of the way.
You’ll already have experience recruiting within the commercial office support, Legal or Finance market, with a proven track record of managing a successful 360 recruitment desk. You’ll also bring:
- Experience placing roles such as Administrators, Executive Assistants, PAs, Receptionists, Customer Service professionals and wider Office Support positions.
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
- A consultative approach with a genuine passion for helping people.
- Commercial awareness and a desire to grow your own market.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A positive attitude, resilience and a team-first mentality.
