This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to lead the HR function within a purpose-driven organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the HR team, ensuring an effective HR service.
- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management and HR policies.
- Support workforce planning, employee engagement and organisational change initiatives.
- Oversee HR systems, reporting and external HR providers.
- Review HR policies and processes to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
The Successful Candidate Will Ideally Have
- Previous experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or above).
- Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience managing employee relations and supporting change.
- Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
