The Role:
- As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of mainly sale files, handling matters from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of conveyancing sale files from start to finish.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and lenders.
- Drafting contracts and legal documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and firm procedures.
- Providing excellent client service at all times.
