The Role:(Includes but is not limited to) Supporting the acquisition process, including due diligence and commercial analysis. Developing and implementing asset management strategies to maximise portfolio performance. Liaising with surveyors, solicitors, agents and other external consultants. Managing lease events including renewals, rent reviews and lease restructures. Producing financial analysis, cash flow forecasts and portfolio reports. Conducting regular site visits across the portfolio. Supporting sales and disposal processes when assets reach the appropriate stage.
