Job Title: Administration Assistant Salary: £24,000 to £26,000 pro rata Location: Lichfield THIS IS A PART TIME HYBRID ROLE! Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring a PART TIME Administration Assistant for a fantastic business support company in Lichfield! The Candidates responsibilities: Telephone calls and responding to emails. Ensuring all data is maintained according to the companies standards. Making sure all deadlines are met and work is delivered accurately – Some work would be in the form of compiling reports, letters and other documents. Understanding and recording client data correctly. Ad hoc Admin – supporting the team with general admin work.Skills Needed: Knowledge of General MS, IT and email/internet knowledge is necessary. Attention to detail is key as the successful candidate will be dealing with correspondence and documentation. The ability to use own initiative and work well under pressure. Must have excellent communication and numerical skills.
