Following the award of several new contracts in Northern Ireland, we have a vacancy\’s for a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join our team. These position can be based in either our BELFAST OR COOKSTOWN office. Bell Contracts & Co Ltd are a professional construction company which operates throughout the UK and Ireland. We provide construction, property redevelopment and refurbishment services across various sectors. Responsibilities Analyse construction drawings and specifications to identify labour, material, and specialist requirements Preparation of enquiry documents, sourcing and obtaining material and subcontractor quotations including final negotiations and orders Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors on a regular basis to ensure budgets are not exceeded Complete monthly sub contractor valuations through to final
