A growing independent insurance brokerage in Leeds is looking to recruit an SME Account Executive / Commercial Account Executive to join its expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building client relationships while developing new business.
You will inherit and manage an existing portfolio of clients while also converting new enquiries through warm leads and referrals (NO COLD CALLING).
The Role:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance clients generating c£100k in income
- Build strong relationships and act as the main point of contact
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and generate new business
- Conduct insurance reviews to ensure clients have suitable cover
- Negotiate with insurers to obtain competitive terms and premiums
- Manage policy renewals and mid-term adjustments
- Support clients during the claims process
- Ensure compliance with FCA and industry regulations
