We are seeking an experienced Commercial Claims Handler to join the dynamic team of a leading insurance broker. This role offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio of complex commercial insurance claims, providing expert guidance and ensuring outstanding service.
Responsibilities
- Handle and manage a variety of commercial insurance claims from inception to settlement, including Property, Motor, Liabilities and PI.
- Provide expert advice and support to clients and colleagues regarding claim matters.
- Investigate and assess claims to determine liability and potential settlement.
- Liaise with insurers, legal representatives, and other relevant parties to facilitate efficient claims resolution.
- Mentor and support claims colleagues, contributing to the team’s development.
