The Opportunity: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client insurance professional to lead and develop a growing High Net Worth proposition across four regional offices. This is a strategic leadership role where you'll be responsible for enhancing the firm's Private Client offering, supporting colleagues across the business and driving sustainable growth through both direct and connected High Net Worth clients. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll shape the future direction of the division, ensuring exceptional client service, strong insurer relationships and a market-leading proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of the firm's Private Client strategy.
- Grow the High Net Worth portfolio through referrals, introducers and direct client relationships.
- Support colleagues across four regional offices with technical expertise and placement solutions.
