The Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team. The role will be full time on a permanent contract, within a fast-paced environment and will be site based. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for a live project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and managing the project from initiation to completion.
  • Managing all labour and subcontractors on-site.
  • Reviewing and monitoring project progress to ensure timelines are met.
  • Attending site meetings with stakeholders to discuss progress and address issues.
  • Carrying out regular site inspections to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Assessing and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Completing all required site forms on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Ensuring quality control measures are effectively implemented.
  • Maintaining safety standards and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Updating and managing the QA process and the Golden Thread documentation.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 3-Day First Aid at Work certification.
  • CSCS Gold or Black Card.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction management.
  • Background with a main contractor.
  • Experience in steel and cladding projects.
  • Knowledge of BSR, PCSA, and Golden Thread processes.
  • Proven experience as a construction project manager.
  • In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
  • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with construction/project management software.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • A team player with strong leadership abilities.
