We are seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to join our team. The role will be based on site in Hull and will be permanent. While core activities occur during normal working hours, the position may require out‑of‑hours liaison and communication as needed. You will report directly to the Contracts Manager and play a pivotal role in managing interactions with building residents to support successful project delivery on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and circulate regular rollout programmes, scopes of work, and activity schedules to residents to keep them appraised of project timelines and any impacts on their flats.
- Liaise with building residents and the property manager throughout the duration of works on site.
- Serve as the first point of contact for residents seeking information, providing feedback, or lodging complaints, and manage these interactions verbally and in writing with formal logging, information gathering, and resolution.
- Arrange intermittent public events such as resident coffee mornings, meet‑and‑greet gatherings, and resident meetings – either pre‑arranged or ad‑hoc.
- Log all complaints, feedback, and interactions within a recognised system, documenting associated resolutions.
- Prepare a monthly report on resident interactions for inclusion in the overall monthly progress report to the client.
- Prepare minutes of meetings, distribute them to affected parties, and store them on the project server.
- Monitor and resolve resident complaints.
- Work closely with the Site Project Manager to ensure a proper communication bridge.
