Belkins, a front-runner in B2B appointment-setting, is now bringing its expertise and dynamic energy to the UK. Having established strong leadership in North America, our next ambitious step is to develop a dedicated team right here in the UK to propel local businesses to new heights with our powerful growth strategies. We're actively seeking passionate individuals to join our expanding team. This is more than just a job; it's a chance to be at the heart of our growth journey, influence outcomes, and redefine the future of B2B sales and marketing in the UK.

Currently, we're looking for a results-driven, communicative, and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an SDR, you’ll drive success for our clients by engaging with potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring a steady flow of high-quality appointments. In this role, you'll be on the front lines of outreach, actively making calls, holding conversations, and building relationships that turn prospects into sales opportunities.

Your Remit:

  • Spearhead Outreach: Champion a multi-channel approach (Email, LinkedIn, Phone) to engage prospects and secure qualified sales meetings.
  • Global Representation: Act as the commercial face for diverse UK, US, and EU clients, generating new business through targeted outbound campaigns.
  • Craft Bespoke Messaging: Move beyond scripts. Create tailored, context-aware communication that resonates with decision-makers and handles objections with finesse.
  • Insight-Led Strategy: Analyse campaign metrics to identify trends, report on ROI, and deliver actionable recommendations to optimise the strategy.
  • Master the Tech Stack: Utilise industry-leading tools (Reply.io, HubSpot, Expandi, Zoho, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Outlook, and Calendly) to manage your pipeline with precision.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Keep your finger on the pulse of sales trends and champion best practices across the team.

You fit the bill if:

  • You’re an Articulate Communicator: You possess an impeccable command of written and spoken English.
  • You Have a Track Record: You bring at least 2 years of commercial success in an SDR or client-facing role.
  • You’re Tech-Native: You are proficient with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and modern sales tools.
  • You’re Adaptable: You are comfortable managing a schedule across UK, EU, and US time zones.
  • You Own Your Outcome: You are a self-starter who thrives on problem-solving and continuous growth.

Contract Type: You are comfortable working on a self-employed / B2B contract basis.

What to Expect in Our Recruitment Process:

  • 30-minute prescreen with a recruiter – a friendly chat to get to know you, your experience, and what excites you about the role.
  • Test assignment – a practical task to show off your skills and how you approach real challenges.
  • Interview with the hiring team – a deeper conversation to explore your experience, style, and fit with the team (plus a live role-play to see your sales skills in action).
  • Final interview with the Managing Director – a chance to meet leadership, ask questions, and see the bigger picture.

We’ve designed the process to be clear, fair, and an opportunity for you to shine at every stage. If this all sounds exciting to you, go ahead and submit your application!

At Belkins, we care deeply about our team members, and we prove it through:

  • Remote-First Flexibility: We’ve transitioned to a fully remote environment so you can work where you're most productive.
  • Professional Growth: We’re a launchpad for your career. Through regular feedback, 1:1s, internal mobility, and knowledge-sharing, your growth is enabled and celebrated.
