What You’ll Do
- As Performance Marketing Coordinator, you will be an SEM/SEA/SEO expert supporting across our retail media programs, performance marketing activities, and optimising our content for SEO to drive traffic, build brand awareness and increase sales revenue.
- Partner with our eCommerce and Sales teams to build, optimise and report on ads campaigns via a range of different retail media platforms (e.g., Bol.com, Amazon) to meet and exceed sales and marketing objectives.
- Perform ongoing keyword and competitor research, execute tests, analyse data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
- Evaluate content and identify how to improve titles, descriptions and other on‑/off‑page content to increase visibility.
- Work with content teams to provide search and keyword insights to improve organic SEO.
- Utilise our stack of advertising tools such as Pacvue for automation, Helium 10 for keyword research, Amazon Advertising / Vendor Central / Bol.com / Google Analytics for tracking and insights; be continually looking for how technology and AI can make processes and workflows more efficient.
- Provide support, advice and training to partners across the business on digital advertising, PPC strategies, and retail media execution.
- Collaborate with other members of the eCommerce and Marketing teams when planning product and brand campaigns.
- Report on weekly and monthly KPIs showing tasks completed and proactive next steps taken to show progress achieved.
What You’ll Need
- Knowledge of performance marketing including conversion, attribution, and online customer acquisition.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Google Analytics, Stackline, SEMrush, PowerBI), and power‑user skills in Excel.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Up‑to‑date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and eCommerce.
- Well organised and detail‑oriented, able to meet deadlines with excellent time‑management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Dutch; German is a huge advantage.
- Interest in the tech and consumer electronics industry.
What You’ve Done
- 1–2 years’ experience managing PPC/search/programmatic advertising campaigns across Bol.com ads, Amazon Advertising, Amazon DSP, Google Ads, Criteo, Citrus Ads or similar within a brand or agency environment.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing e‑commerce platforms.
