Job Description
As an E-commerce specialist, you will play a critical role in maximising our direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales and expanding our presence across new digital marketplaces in Europe.
You will manage and optimise the performance of Belkin. com across multiple regions, overseeing site merchandising, promotional planning, and inventory management.
Additionally, you will support the setup, management, and ongoing commercial success of new online marketplaces across the EMEA region.
This role requires a blend of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and e Commerce expertise to drive revenue, grow market share, and deliver a seamless online customer experience.
As a part of the e Commerce team, you will collaborate closely with various functions and disciplines on a regional and global level.
- How you’ll do it
- Oversee the merchandising strategy for Belkin. com, ensuring products are optimally displayed, descriptions are accurate, and the commercial plan is aligned regionally.
- Conception, planning, coordination and execution of digital marketing campaigns, projects and initiatives across all online marketing disciplines (website and DTC, 3rd party e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, SEM, SEO, email marketing, social media, affiliates)
- Develop and implement online promotions, sales campaigns, and product launches to drive traffic and increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Planning to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure product availability aligns with sales forecasts and promotional plans.
- Measuring and reporting of key activities, running A/B testing, tracking and report on KPIs using data to inform decisions and optimising our digital marketing initiatives
- Support the commercial setup and launch of new marketplaces across EMEA, aligning with our strategic e Commerce goals.
- Coordinate with marketplace vendors and platforms, managing daily operations, promotional strategies and product listings, resolving any trading or logistical issues to maximise sales.
- Monitor sales performance, review insights, and provide regular updates to the wider e Commerce team on marketplace performance and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with marketing, business unit, and logistics teams to align e Commerce strategies and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Ensure all D2C and marketplace content complies with brand guidelines, legal standards, and local market regulations.
- Be passionate about product; understand and champion Belkin products and categories.

- What you’ll need
- Proven track record in D2C e-commerce sales and knowledge of marketplace trading within EMEA.
- Experience in an ecommerce content, or digital marketing role managing a website content management system (bonus points for Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Passion for business, tech savvy and quick to adapt new concepts
- Strong analytical skills, leverage data to develop actionable outcomes.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to take the initiative in personal growth and development
- Interest in the tech and consumer electronics industry
- Flexible hybrid working model, requiring 2–3 days per week in the office.

Consumer Electronics industry background is advantageous.
