What you’ll do

  • Lead and inspire the UK & Ireland Sales team to exceed revenue, margin, and growth targets
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for each business unit aligned with company growth plans
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key customers, securing long-term partnerships and maximising opportunities
  • Drive accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting to leadership, ensuring optimal performance and meeting KPIs
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to develop and implement marketing plans, sales promotions, and product launches
  • Manage product lifecycle activities in partnership with Business Unit Product teams, ensuring timely new product introductions and relevant range hierarchies
  • Analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities through new channels, partnerships, or customer segments
  • Own P&L responsibility for the region, managing departmental expenses within budget guidelines
  • Foster a high-performance culture by coaching, mentoring, and developing your team to empower growth and development
  • Represent the UK & Ireland region in global and EMEA leadership meetings, contributing to cross-functional initiatives
  • Travel across UK & Ireland regularly, with occasional international travel as required

What you’ll need

  • Proven ability to lead and develop successful teams in a multi-channel environment
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Deep understanding of UK & Ireland retail and B2B landscapes within consumer electronics or related tech/FMCG sectors
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Excellent analytical skills for forecasting, financial planning, and performance measurement
  • Experience owning P&L and managing budgets effectively
  • Ability to manage product lifecycle and support new product launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global environment with a willingness to travel regularly
