What you’ll do
- Lead and inspire the UK & Ireland Sales team to exceed revenue, margin, and growth targets
- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for each business unit aligned with company growth plans
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key customers, securing long-term partnerships and maximising opportunities
- Drive accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting to leadership, ensuring optimal performance and meeting KPIs
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to develop and implement marketing plans, sales promotions, and product launches
- Manage product lifecycle activities in partnership with Business Unit Product teams, ensuring timely new product introductions and relevant range hierarchies
- Analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities through new channels, partnerships, or customer segments
- Own P&L responsibility for the region, managing departmental expenses within budget guidelines
- Foster a high-performance culture by coaching, mentoring, and developing your team to empower growth and development
- Represent the UK & Ireland region in global and EMEA leadership meetings, contributing to cross-functional initiatives
- Travel across UK & Ireland regularly, with occasional international travel as required
What you’ll need
- Proven ability to lead and develop successful teams in a multi-channel environment
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
- Deep understanding of UK & Ireland retail and B2B landscapes within consumer electronics or related tech/FMCG sectors
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a customer-centric approach
- Excellent analytical skills for forecasting, financial planning, and performance measurement
- Experience owning P&L and managing budgets effectively
- Ability to manage product lifecycle and support new product launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams
