As the Head of Business Channel – EMEA, you will be a strategic and results-driven leader responsible for accelerating B2B growth across the region. This pivotal role combines commercial sales leadership with strategic marketing oversight to deliver revenue growth, market share expansion, and strong brand positioning across EMEA. You will lead within a matrix organisation across a multi-disciplinary team, covering Sales, Channel Development, and B2B Marketing, ensuring alignment between go-to-market strategies, account management, and demand generation activities. You’ll partner closely with regional business units, product, and operations teams to deliver exceptional results, build strong customer relationships, and ensure that Belkin remains the partner of choice in the EMEA B2B market.
How you’ll do it
- Lead & Inspire: Set the strategic direction for B2B Sales & Marketing across EMEA and work through a matrix organisation to align regional account managers and marketing teams behind shared goals. Provide guidance, coaching, and thought leadership to regional teams, ensuring consistent execution of the strategy while fostering collaboration and best-practice sharing across markets.
- Drive Growth: Develop and execute the regional B2B sales strategy to exceed revenue, margin, and pipeline targets while expanding market share across EMEA.
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Oversee the creation and execution of integrated B2B marketing campaigns, lead-generation programs, and partner enablement initiatives that drive measurable results.
- Customer & Channel Development: Build and maintain senior relationships with key distributors, resellers, and enterprise customers, creating long-term strategic partnerships.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use market data, customer insights, and performance analytics to optimise sales effectiveness, improve ROI of marketing initiatives, and inform strategic decisions.
- P&L Accountability: Own the B2B P&L across the region, driving accurate forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable profitability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Finance, Operations, and Regional Sales teams to ensure cohesive execution of new product launches, promotional campaigns, and supply chain readiness.
- Innovation & Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for new market entry, channel expansion, and emerging verticals, adapting go-to-market approaches to local market needs.
- Represent EMEA: Act as the voice of the region within global leadership forums, sharing market intelligence, best practices, and strategic recommendations.
- Champion the Brand: Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all B2B marketing and sales touchpoints in the region.
What you’ll need
- Proven ability to lead and influence teams in a matrixed, multi-country environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L and driving sustainable, profitable growth.
- Deep understanding of B2B channels, including distributors, resellers, VARs, and enterprise customers.

- 7+ years’ experience in senior commercial roles (Sales, Marketing, or General Management) with significant B2B exposure.
- Led regional or multi-country teams (directly or via matrix) with proven success delivering revenue growth and margin improvement.
- Built and executed go-to-market strategies that delivered measurable results.
- Established strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and enterprise customers, influencing at senior levels.
- Designed and managed integrated B2B marketing campaigns that drove lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Delivered accurate forecasts, managed budgets, and optimised resource allocation across a complex region.
