Associate Channel Marketing Manager EMEA

We are seeking a results-driven associate to support the development and execution of channel marketing strategies across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

  • Channel Marketing Strategy & Execution: support the execution of EMEA channel marketing plans aligned with regional revenue goals.
  • Localize and activate global campaigns for EMEA markets.
  • Assist in building joint marketing plans with key channel partners.
  • Manage MDF (Market Development Funds) processes and reporting.
  • Coordinate campaign execution including email, digital, webinars, and in‑person events.
  • Partner Engagement & Enablement: collaborate with channel sales managers to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop partner‑facing toolkits and campaign‑in‑a‑box programs.
  • Support onboarding and enablement initiatives for new partners.
  • Ensure partners are equipped with messaging, assets, and demand‑generation tools.
  • Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth: drive co‑marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads.
  • Track campaign performance and optimize based on data insights.
  • Monitor KPIs including pipeline contribution, ROI, partner engagement, and lead conversion.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: work closely with global marketing teams to align messaging and branding.
  • Coordinate with field marketing, digital marketing, and product marketing teams.
  • Liaise with external vendors and agencies when required.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, channel marketing, or partner marketing.
  • Experience working across EMEA markets.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to track and interpret performance metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Preferred: Experience in technology, Saa S, or enterprise solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e. g., Salesforce, Marketo).
  • Understanding of partner ecosystems (VARs, distributors, system integrators).
  • Experience managing MDF budgets.
  • Collaborative and relationship‑driven.
