This role will suit a leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment, values cross-functional teamwork and is motivated by building both strong brands and strong teams. You will play a key role in shaping how Marketing operates across EMEA, building capability within the team and helping to unlock the next phase of growth for the region.

- Help shape the regional marketing agenda to ensure Belkin remains well positioned across both established and emerging growth opportunities.
- Regional Team Leadership
- Lead, coach and develop the EMEA Marketing team, building a high-performance culture grounded in collaboration, accountability, pace and continuous improvement.
- Set clear priorities and expectations across the function, ensuring strong alignment, clarity of ownership and high standards of delivery.
- Build capability within the team and help shape the future evolution of the function as the business continues to grow.
- Create an environment where individuals are empowered, connected and focused on delivering strong regional outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work in close partnership with Sales, Business Unit, Planning and Global teams to ensure marketing activity is aligned to commercial objectives, demand plans, product priorities and wider business goals.
- Play an active role in cross-functional planning, helping to bring greater alignment, focus and execution across the organisation.
- Act as a trusted regional partner to key stakeholders, ensuring Marketing is well connected to both strategic priorities and day-to-day business needs.
- Build strong relationships across the wider commercial organisation to ensure joined-up thinking and effective delivery.
- Hands-On Delivery
- Lead from the front in delivering regional marketing plans, staying close to the detail and supporting the team in execution where needed.
- Bring a practical, sleeves-rolled-up mindset to the role, with the ability to move confidently between strategic leadership and operational delivery.
- Help maintain pace, solve problems quickly and ensure plans are executed to a high standard.
- Be prepared to step into the detail when required, while keeping the wider team aligned behind the bigger picture.
- Brand and Channel Execution
- Lead the regional activation of global campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives across key channels, ensuring consistency of brand positioning alongside local relevance.
- Drive best-in-class execution across digital, social, PR, events, retail and partner activations, with a strong focus on quality, effectiveness and commercial relevance.
- Ensure end-user and customer experience is considered in how marketing plans are developed and delivered across channels.
- Support strong go-to-market delivery across the region, ensuring marketing activity lands effectively in-market and in-channel.
- Insight and Performance
- Use data, market intelligence and campaign performance analysis to identify opportunities, optimise plans and improve return on investment.
