Business/System Analyst

Our Customer, a European company, is an expert in the field of supply chain tracking, whose main goal is to make global supply chains traceable, ethical, and sustainable. We are looking for a confident, experienced, and self-sufficient specialist to join our expanding team as a Business/System Analyst aiming to work on a challenging project using highly effective analysis techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Requirements Analysis:
  - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define system requirements.
  - Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Documentation:
  - Create detailed design documentation and diagrams.
• Solution Design:
  - Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to meet business needs.
• Implementation Support:
  - Assist in system development and integration.
  - Coordinate with developers and IT teams during implementation.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  - Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
  - Conduct meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on system status and progress.

Requirements:

• Hard Skills:
  - Documentation: Ability to create clear and detailed documentation.
  - Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Familiarity with various phases of SDLC.
  - Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile environments, including familiarity with Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
  - Change Management: Skills in change management methodologies to facilitate smooth transitions during system implementations.
  - English B2 or higher.
• Analytical Skills:
  - Problem-Solving: Strong ability to analyze complex issues and devise effective solutions.
  - Requirements Analysis: Expertise in gathering and analyzing requirements from stakeholders.
• Tools and Technologies:
  - Modeling Tools: Proficiency in tools like UML, ER diagrams.
  - Project Management Tools: Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence.
• Soft Skills:
  - Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with stakeholders.
  - Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Good to know:

• System Design and Architecture: Understanding of system design principles and architectures.
• Data Analysis: Skills in advanced data analysis and business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• User Experience (UX) Design: Knowledge of UX design principles to improve system interfaces.
• Database Management: Experience with databases such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server.
