Large and fast-growing professional services business based in Manchester requires an HR Advisor. This is a newly created role due to recent growth and is a fantastic opportunity. Working alongside the HR Director and HR Assistant, this role plays a key part in supporting and delivering HR activity. Duties of the role will include; Recruitment: Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions. Coordinate the interview process and facilitate communication with candidates. Conduct new employee orientations and ensure smooth onboarding experiences. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee enquiries and concerns. Assist in investigating and resolving employee grievances and conflicts. Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives. Assist with visa sponsorship and right to work checks. Generalist: Assist with maintaining accurate employee records and HR files on digital system. Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
