Service based business based in the Bury area requires a number of Customer Service Advisors. These roles are due to growth and are in addition to the Customer Service roles. The primary function of this role is managing all account queries through a first-class customer centric approach. As an independent service provider, my client’s strength is in the quality of their service reflected in the knowledge and enthusiasm of its staff.

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, duties of this role include:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the business and its key accounts
  • Manage and resolve a wide range of account queries
  • Continuously develop the service offering to key accounts
  • Communicate any billing issues to the billing team
  • Be the primary point of contact for the customer roll out programs, making the business aware of any challenges and performance of the program
  • Ensure all the data sent to the correct people is complete and accurate and make the managing agents aware of any issues and timescales to resolve said issues
  • Support the launch of new products or services through effective internal and external communication
  • Make the business aware of competitors and their offerings in the market
  • Support back-office in providing aftersales support and customer care
  • Various standard and ad hoc reporting
