This service-based business, located in the Bury area, is seeking a Customer Service Delivery Advisor. This role is due to growth and is in addition to existing Customer Service roles. The primary responsibility is managing all account queries with a customer-centric approach. The company prides itself on service quality, reflected in the knowledge and enthusiasm of its staff.
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, duties include:
- Act as the primary contact for key accounts.
- Manage and resolve account queries.
- Develop the service offering to key accounts.
- Communicate billing issues to the billing team.
- Coordinate customer roll-out programs, reporting challenges and performance.
- Ensure data accuracy and communicate issues and timescales to managing agents.
- Support the launch of new products/services through effective communication.
- Monitor competitors and market offerings.
- Provide aftersales support and customer care.
- Generate standard and ad hoc reports.
The right candidate will have:
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Self-motivation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good arithmetic skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
