My client is a growing business based in the Swinton area. There is an urgent need for 2 candidates on a 3-month FTC. These roles are based around Administration/Data Input and Customer Service. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, these roles are responsible for the maintenance of new customers, contractors and general customer service. The roles involve working very closely with Clients, Account Management the Operations Desk. This role has a key focus on ensuring high levels of data quality and customer service throughout all areas of the business and will undertake constant validation and monitoring of all data input to our systems. The role requires the ability to work independently and with focus on new customers and full query resolution. Key Responsibilities include; Set up of System Customer Account Records Set up of System Contractor Account Records Generation sending of all Customer Manuals Validation of Completed Sales Orders Assist with any required data cleaning activities required by the Head of Data.
