A highly regarded commercial law firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its growing Dispute Resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to take the next step in their career, working alongside experienced litigators on high-quality commercial disputes while developing their own client base and taking on increasing responsibility.
The successful candidate will advise businesses on a broad range of commercial disputes, handling matters from initial instruction through to resolution. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing your own commercial litigation caseload with appropriate autonomy.
- Advising clients on contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, contentious insolvency and other commercial litigation matters.
- Assisting senior lawyers on complex, high-value litigation.
- Attending mediations and Joint Settlement Meetings (JSMs).
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Contributing to business development initiatives and creating legal content.
- Delivering practical, commercial advice and exceptional client service.
The firm is keen to hear from qualified solicitors with between 2 and 6 years' PQE in Commercial Litigation, who have strong technical knowledge and experience managing their own caseload, excellent commercial awareness and strategic thinking, and enjoy client contact, business development and working collaboratively within a high-performing team.
