My client is a Personal Injury Law Firm based in the Cheadle area. Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a case handler to manage incoming business. Reporting to the team leader, duties will include:
- To accurately input all referral details onto the database.
- Source a suitable provider to carry out the required procedure(s).
- To research unfamiliar procedures to establish a suitable provider.
- Obtain accurate fees from the provider for the required procedure(s).
- Obtain contact details and fees for any new providers and liaise with the Supplier Services Manager to update the database.
- Prioritise workload to ensure SLAs are met.
- Make regular contact with the provider to obtain appointments and results within the SLAs and update the clients accordingly.
- Produce necessary paperwork relating to the referral and send to the client/provider/patient.
- To deal with any issues and/or complaints in accordance with non-conformance/complaints process.
- Ensure the chosen provider is resulting in the optimal profit being made for the business.
- Make enquiries with relevant parties to resolve any purchase invoice queries.
- Ensure data protection regulations are followed and report any data breaches in accordance with the Data Breach Process.
- To undertake additional or other duties as necessary to meet the needs of the business.
The right candidate will come from a legal administration background within PI and will have at least 6 months experience and be looking for a role that will offer progression and development.
