My client is a Personal Injury Law Firm based in the Cheadle area. Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a case handler to manage incoming business. Reporting to the team leader, duties will include:

  • To accurately input all referral details onto the database.
  • Source a suitable provider to carry out the required procedure(s).
  • To research unfamiliar procedures to establish a suitable provider.
  • Obtain accurate fees from the provider for the required procedure(s).
  • Obtain contact details and fees for any new providers and liaise with the Supplier Services Manager to update the database.
  • Prioritise workload to ensure SLAs are met.
  • Make regular contact with the provider to obtain appointments and results within the SLA’s and update the clients accordingly.
  • Produce necessary paperwork relating to the referral and send to the client / provider / patient.
  • To deal with any issues and/or complaints in accordance with non-conformance / complaints process.
  • Ensure the chosen provider is resulting in the optimal profit being made for the business.
  • Make enquiries with relevant parties to resolve any purchase invoice queries.
  • Ensure data protection regulations are followed and report any data breaches in accordance with the Data Breach Process.
  • To undertake additional or other duties as necessary to meet the needs of the business.
