Reporting to the Team Leader and Finance Manager this is a role that requires excellent IT skills including excel, a strong eye for detail and you will have had experience of working with invoices. Industry invoice validation – both reconciliation and cost validation Liaise with internal departments to resolve and correct data inaccuracies. Responsibility for internal data accuracy Support development of internal systems to improve data performance and efficiency. Data cleansing and processing tasks Computer literate with advanced Excel skills (specifically IF statements, Vlook ups, Indexing and Pivot tables) Accomplished with Microsoft Outlook In return an excellent package is offered for this role, including bonus and benefits as well as progression and development.
