My client is a fast growing service provider based in the Warwick area. Due to an increased workload there is a need for a Bookings Administrator. This will be on an initial 3 month contract that could be extended. The main purpose of the role is to provide effective administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. The role will involve working closely with office colleagues, while also maintaining regular contact with other members of staff, customers, suppliers and external stakeholders. Reporting to the Office Manager and providing administrative support to the wider team, the successful candidate will be responsible for: Answering incoming telephone calls and acting as the first point of contact for the organisation. Responding promptly and professionally to customer and supplier enquiries and queries. Taking bookings by telephone and email. Placing bookings with external providers and monitoring their delivery to ensure requirements are met. Preparing and maintaining all relevant documentation and paperwork. Assisting with internal audits and providing administrative support as required. Accurately entering and maintaining information within spreadsheets. Entering and maintaining data within the finance system. Carrying out general office administration, including filing, photocopying and scanning. Undertaking any other reasonable administrative duties as required to support the effective operation of the office. The successful candidate will demonstrate: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service skills and a professional approach when dealing with customers and suppliers. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Strong attention to detail and the ability to process data and information accurately. Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative. A positive, flexible and adaptable approach to work. The ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous experience using Sage 50 would be desirable but is not essential.
