My client is a rapidly growing internet retailer and stock liquidation specialist. They work with large brands to process and refurbish product returns, before reselling them for the highest achievable price, providing our clients with a sustainable, market leading solution.
This role is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and outgoing individual to join our team as an Auction and Trade Warehouse Operative at the refurbishment site. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the auction space, accurately picking customer orders, and engaging with trade buyers, all while maintaining high standards of operation.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurately pick trade and customer orders within designated time frames.
- Sortation of Trade stock with a view to making potential sales.
- Manage and organize the auction and trade sales spaces, including the collection space.
- Engage with buyers to understand their needs and match stock to these requirements.
- Communicate effectively with different departments to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted flow of stock.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and meet performance targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety policies and procedures and promote safety awareness within the team.
- Follow GDPR data protection guidelines to safeguard sensitive information.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team in a fast-paced environment.
