We are seeking a Day Support Worker to join our team on a 36-hour-per-week contract. The role requires availability on weekends and bank holidays. Please note that we do not hold a sponsorship license. The role also requires sleep‑ins and 12 hour shifts.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily tasks and emotional support.
- Manage challenging behaviours when necessary.
- Empower individuals to develop life skills.
- Help individuals make informed decisions.
- Build confidence in independence.
- Support budgeting, self‑care, and advocacy.
