We are seeking a Day Support Worker to join our team on a 36-hour-per-week contract. The role requires availability on weekends and bank holidays. Please note that we do not hold a sponsorship license. The role also requires sleep‑ins and 12 hour shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily tasks and emotional support.
  • Manage challenging behaviours when necessary.
  • Empower individuals to develop life skills.
  • Help individuals make informed decisions.
  • Build confidence in independence.
  • Support budgeting, self‑care, and advocacy.
