We are looking for a friendly and engaging Support Worker to join a dedicated team supporting a wonderful individual in her own home in the Lancaster area. She enjoys walks, crafts, baking, and a good chat over a coffee, so we’re looking for someone who is sociable, encouraging, and able to help her stay engaged and active each day and let her creativity flourish.

You will work closely with individuals, their social worker, and other allied professionals to deliver personalised support that addresses her specific needs. Your ability to follow instructions, work as part of a team, and maintain professional boundaries will be crucial in providing high-quality, person-centred care.
