Believe is seeking a Senior Editorial & Marketing Partnerships Manager to join our UK Label and Artist Solutions team. In this role, you will drive visibility, momentum, and longâterm growth for our roster â with a specific focus on Dance & Electronic music. You will combine DSP editorial management and lifecycle growth, executing dataâled strategies to maximize support and revenue for priority releases. Beyond the initial pitch, you'll lead the charge on reâpitching efforts and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders to ensure our artists win across all major platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with artist partnerships managers and key editors across all UK DSPs and shortâform platforms.
- Lead UK pitching for priority Dance & Electronic releases, producing compelling, dataâdriven pitches.
- Work with Believe's global DSP teams to develop UK releases in international markets.
- Identify opportunities from market and trend data; working with labels to identify growing releases.
- Closely monitor postârelease performance of key tracks, analysing data to identify growth opportunities and devise longâtail strategies.
- Use data and analytics to track performance, define KPIs, and uncover new opportunities.
- Produce campaign readouts and actionable insights for teams and clients.
- Collaborate with the wider UK EMP team to build and share bestâpractice playbooks across the organisation.
- Support new business and client renewals with DSP expertise.
- Collaborate with the wider UK EMP team to train internal teams on pitching, lifecycle planning, and DSP best practice.
- Proven experience in DSP relations, editorial strategy, audience development and artist/label management within electronic music.
- Deep understanding of the electronic music ecosystem and its global community.
- Proven network of DSP and industry contacts in the electronic space.
- Highly organised, processâdriven, and confident managing multiple priorities.
- Dataâliterate with strong analytical and storytelling skills.
- Excellent communicator â credible, calm, and persuasive in highâstakes conversations.
- Passionate about digital growth, platform dynamics, and audience development.
- Hungry to grow and develop with the team, roster and company.
- At least 3 years experience in electronic music at a label, distributor, management company or promoter.
