Job Description
Operating across multiple departments, you will assist with the day to day running of the team. The role will assist the A&R and legal team’s administrative tasks, alongside working with the Head of Artists Services and Head of Marketing to assist with bespoke digital and label focused tasks and editing creative content.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
- A&R Support: Assist the A&R team with tracking deals, maintaining the pipeline document, and preparing pitch decks and presentations for new signings.
- Data & Systems Management: Enter and manage sales data and contracts within Salesforce and Icertis, as directed by the A&R and legal teams.
- Deal Administration: Support the A&R team by inputting and submitting deal spreadsheets for internal approval.
- Social: Run Believe‑owned label and additional social accounts, manage relationships with creators.
- Content Generation: Assist with creating and editing creative content and EGC cutdowns for artist campaigns and Believe UK’s socials.
- Digital Campaign Support: Assist the Digital Marketing team with campaign tasks, such as account linking, setting up pre‑save links, and basic platform optimisations.
- Financial Administration: Raise and track marketing and A&R POs, ingest invoices, and oversee the payment process to ensure third‑party partners are paid on time.
- Reporting & Insights: Complete weekly artist‑specific streaming and social data reports, tracking performance against set targets.
- Trend Watching: Act as a leading voice within the team for social media trends and shifts across the cultural landscape.
- Operational Support: Assist the wider team with meeting agendas, taking minutes, and helping deliver events or on‑the‑ground activations for Believe UK.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar administrative or intern‑level role within the music or creative industries.
- Multitasking: A proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and high‑volume tasks in unison without losing attention to detail.
- Fast‑Paced Mindset: Highly motivated to work with a rapidly developing roster in a high‑energy environment.
- Digital Native: A strong understanding of social platforms and digital trends, with the ability to translate those into actionable ideas for the team.
- Programmes: Native to using Capcut, Google Suite, including Google Slides and other editing software.
- Organisational Excellence: Excellent time management skills and a methodical approach to work tasks.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional manner when dealing with internal stakeholders.
- Team Player: A positive, "can‑do" attitude and a genuine passion for music and artist development.
