The Salesforce Administrator sits in the believe housing team, as a fixed-term post running until April 2029. The post covers administration, configuration, data quality and release management of the organisation's Salesforce platform, and acts as senior point of contact for users. It is hybrid, with some days onsite each week, and part-time or job share will be considered alongside full-time.
What the job involves
- Administer, configure and maintain the Salesforce platform so it stays secure, resilient, scalable and aligned to business needs
- Provide expert configuration, administration and support across several business functions
- Monitor Salesforce data quality, spotting trends, inconsistencies and issues that affect performance, reporting or decisions
- Coordinate platform releases, covering impact assessment, change planning, testing, deployment support and post-implementation review
- Act as senior point of contact for Salesforce users, giving expert advice and troubleshooting
- Work with developers, data teams and third-party suppliers to investigate and resolve integration issues
- Work with project teams, technical specialists and implementation partners on platform enhancements and transformation initiatives
