About the Role
We’re looking for two Customer Experience Advisors, one permanent and one 12‑month fixed term, to join the Believe Housing team.
The role provides first‑point‑of‑contact resolution to customers through all access channels, offering professional advice and assistance related to the delivery of the organization’s services.
The Advisor is an effective member of the Customer Experience Team, delivering outstanding service to all customers in line with the organization’s vision and values.
Your working arrangements will be flexible and based on the needs of the role, our customers and your preferences.
The office locations are Seaham and Bishop Auckland, with a required on‑site presence for part of the week.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to all types of customer enquiries and resolve wherever possible without referring to another team or person.
- Take ownership of the enquiry, adopting a proactive and positive approach to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Accurately complete all administration work in a timely manner in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Validate customer information and update appropriate IT systems and records as required.
- Achieve personal KPI’s and effectively contribute to the achievement of all team targets.
- Remain flexible and open to a changing environment, embracing training and support to overcome obstacles and ensure customers receive brilliant service.
- Contribute to the induction and training of new team members.
