About you: You will have broad experience in a range of people and OD activities, ideally with demonstrable experience of supporting an organisation through significant transformation. Able to easily see the bigger picture, you have a proven ability to translate strategy into practical, people focused solutions that deliver measurable business impact. You enjoy using people insights and data to inform your thinking and proactively look ahead to anticipate possible needs, outcomes and impacts of initiatives.
