School is looking to recruit an outstanding graduate to take up the position of Assistant Houseparent in the Boys' house, the incumbent having been promoted to the position of Housemaster from September 2026. We are looking for an empathetic and dedicated individual who will dedicate their time in the evenings to the care of the boys in the biggest Prep boarding school in Scotland.
During the day, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills in marketing and admissions, working with experienced and dedicated teams in supporting key processes within the School. The successful candidate will have an outstanding ability to communicate with children, their parents and staff team members, an enthusiastic and caring attitude and the ability to engage in a warm and supportive way with everyone involved in the wellbeing of the boys and throughout the School. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a commitment to the ethos of the School.
