What will your job look like

  • Working with hiring managers and client leads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Creating and posting job adverts on various platforms, and managing inbound applications.
  • Sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and recruitment databases.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Managing the candidate journey, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Advising internal stakeholders and clients on hiring strategies and market conditions.
  • Ensuring all recruitment practices are compliant with employment law and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment data, reports, and metrics using internal systems.
  • Supporting employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement strategies.
  • Occasionally attending job fairs, industry events, or university career sessions to build talent pipelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within a consultancy, technology, or professional services environment.
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment, from role definition to successful hire.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both clients and candidates.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple vacancies at once.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques.
  • Knowledge of UK employment laws, right-to-work checks, and GDPR compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
  • Evidence of continued professional development in recruitment or HR (e.g., CIPD qualification or similar) is preferred.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
