Project Leadership: Act as a project runner and design team coordinator, taking ownership of proposals from inception to completion.
Technical Delivery: Provide high-quality technical design, detailing, and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD. Liaise daily with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
Compliance: Manage planning and building control protocols and maintain project trackers.
Qualified Architect: RIBA Part 1, 2, and 3 with ARB registration (ideally 1–5 years PQE) or Architectural Technician: HNC/HND or Degree in Architectural Technology.
Software Skills: Expert proficiency in Revit is essential. Experience with Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD and NBS Chorus is highly advantageous.
