The Role
Our Kiosk Attendants need to have the highest level of customer service skills. The primary responsibility of our Kiosk Attendants is to deliver first-class services to our patrons ensuring it’s in line with our Mission, Vision and Values.
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Maintain the appearance and presentation of the café
- Replenish condiments as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash
- Apply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Promote the centre's services and programs to our patrons
- Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons
- Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options
- Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Hours may increase during the centre's peak periods
You will NOT be required to hold food handling qualifications - experience making coffee preferred. Kiosk sales as well as food prep such as toasties, plus making sandwiches/hot dogs etc for Ninja Parc birthday parties.
Skills & Attributes:
- Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style
- Coffee making/barista skills (desirable)
- Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2)
- Current CPR Certificate
- Police Check
- Working with Children Check
- Ability to be flexible during the centre's peak periods
- Availability Saturdays and Sundays
